Holistic, Whole Health Ingredients "Holistic": An ingredient-based,
nutritional approach to the overall, "whole" health of the pet. It promotes
the use of quality ingredients and nutraceutical ingredients that have a
positive effect on pet wellness. It avoids use of ingredients that may do
harm, i.e., ingredients that cause allergies, so that traditional medicine, in
this case shots, can be minimized.

and bad breath. It cleanses the kidneys and removes poisons from the body,
neutralizes acids, is an excellent blood purifier, improves the appetite and
aids in the assimilation of protein, calcium and other nutrients. Eagle Pack
combines alfalfa with an enzyme supplement to improve digestion and pet's
ability to utilize nutrients. Older pets will appreciate alfalfa's
anti-inflammatory properties.
Dandelion
"By the nineteenth century, dandelion had also become a potherb in Europe and
America." Of herbal medicinal value, the juice of the dandelion root has been
used by herbalists to treat diabetes and liver diseases. "Dandelion is both a
nutritive herb and one of the best herbs for building up the blood as well as
for curing anemia, contends one herbalist. It is said to act as...an aid in
digestion, and as an appetite stimulant".
Garlic Garlic has anti-viral properties,
which can be of benefit to your pet's respiratory system, since they are

grated raw carrots, beets and celery, and whole grains to help ease
arthritis."(2) High in vitamin A and beta-carotene, peas also provide a good
source of natural niacin and other B vitamins.
Amaranth Easy to digest, Amaranth also has
high levels of lysine, a nutritionally critical amino acid, high in linoleic
acid, necessary for human nutrition, and high protein for extra energy.
Amaranth is less likely to cause allergies since it is unrelated to other food
crops that are commonly consumed.
